- Drafting of private mediation contracts for the sale of your property in Spanish and translated into your language, outlining all the conditions under which your property is being put up for sale (What is being sold, contract duration, furniture, liens, certificates, community fees, property tax, utilities, etc.).
- Becoming part of the MLS Asivega Association composed of over 50 real estate agencies (Your property will be available in each of the agencies that are part of the Association, where the exposure and marketing possibilities are immense).
- Professional photography and virtual tour.
- Home Staging - We suggest small improvements and depersonalization techniques for your home to present it in optimal conditions for sale or rental.
- Requesting certificates of free price, right of first refusal, and withdrawal if necessary.
- Obtaining Energy Efficiency certificates, habitability certificates, and responsible declaration, as well as community certificates.
- Processing of N.I.E. (required if any of the owners are non-residents of Spain and do not have it).
- Drafting of private purchase/sale contracts (Reservation) in Spanish and translated into your language, outlining all the conditions under which the property is being sold (What is being sold, maximum date to go to the Notary, Notary where the purchase/sale will be signed, furniture, liens, community fees, certificates, property tax, utilities, etc.).
- Contacting the bank if necessary for the cancellation of existing mortgages or any registered encumbrances.
