Hello, we hope you are very well.
We are Javier and Ana, the managers of AGRUCASA, and we have been dedicated to buying and selling properties on the Costa Blanca for over 15 years, mainly in the areas of Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, Guardamar del Segura, and the towns of Vega Baja.
Our office is right in the centre of Torrevieja, next to the theatre. We know the area, the market, and the people around us well, because we live and work here every day.
Behind Agrucasa there isn't a franchise, nor changing managers, and we don't work with scripts. Every client is in a specific situation, and we get involved in each transaction from the first contact until after the signing.
How we work
If you're selling or buying, we do it logically: without inflating prices, without beating around the bush, and without wasting your time. We'll guide you so you can make a good decision, calmly and without pressure.
